I’m attending alone. Will I feel out of place?
Not at all.
Many women attend on their own, and one of the most beautiful parts of the experience is the genuine sisterhood that naturally forms throughout the retreat.
You will be welcomed into a warm, supportive environment.
What are the dates of the retreat?
The Becoming Queens of Jannah retreat takes place from 31st August to 3rd September in the peaceful Welsh countryside.
What if I feel nervous about coming?
That is completely normal.
Many women feel nervous before arriving, especially if they are stepping outside of their comfort zone or attending alone.
This retreat has been created to feel safe, welcoming, and supportive from the moment you arrive.
What is the minimum age to participate?
You must be at least 18 years of age.
For Mother & Daughter bookings, minimum age 16
Is there a payment plan available?
Yes.
Flexible payment options are available to help make the experience more accessible.
What is your refund policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. Please ensure you are able to attend before booking your place.
We do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, if you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to someone else. Please notify us of the new attendee’s details at least 7 days before the retreat.
If we have a waitlist and are able to fill your spot, we will process a refund minus a small administrative fee. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss this option.
What happens if the retreat is cancelled?
This retreat is subject to a minimum number of attendees. If we cannot proceed due to insufficient numbers, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
Are meals included in the price?
Yes, all meals are included, and they will be freshly prepared.
Is all food halal?
Yes, all food provided throughout the retreat is halal.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies during the booking process, and we’ll ensure your needs are met.
What should I wear for the Royal Banquet?
The Royal Banquet is an elegant evening designed to celebrate your experience.
You are invited to wear something that makes you feel beautiful, confident, and aligned with the Queen you are becoming.
Where is the retreat located?
The retreat will take place in a beautiful Manor Estate in the Countryside of Builth Wells in Wales, easily accessible by car or public transportation.
What should I bring with me?
You’ll receive a packing list by email and in our WhatsApp group closer to the retreat date.
Essentials include comfortable clothing, modest swimwear if you wish to use the pool or jacuzzi, a journal, your favourite self-care items, and something special to wear for the Royal Banquet.
Most importantly, bring yourself with an open heart.
Do I need to participate in every activity?
Not at all.
This experience is about intention, not pressure.
You are welcome to honour your own needs throughout the retreat and participate in the activities that feel aligned for you.
Will I be able to connect with other attendees before the retreat?
Yes! You’ll be added to our exclusive WhatsApp group where you can communicate with other participants, ask questions, and receive updates about the retreat.
Do I need to arrange my own transportation?
Yes, attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements. However, you’ll be added to our exclusive Whatsapp group after booking, where you can connect with other participants to discuss car-sharing or coordinate travel plans together. This makes it easier to plan your journey and share costs if needed.
Is this a sisters-only retreat?
This is a private women-only retreat created to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for all attendees.
Although the retreat is faith-based and rooted in Islamic values, women from all backgrounds are welcome to attend with openness and respect for the space and experience being created.
